The ATS Check in module allows organizations who desire members to check-in prior to use of facilities or attendance of meetings to check-in individuals using a barcode scanner. The barcode scanner integration allows for rapid processing and check-in. Once the barcode is scanned no further keyboard or mouse integration is required by the end user.
The ATS Geocoding module allows organizations to add functionality to their iMIS external websites to search for members based upon address information that is input by a user. The module will send the information to Google Maps and provide a visual representation of member or office locations. In addition, the module uses iMIS’ Name_Picture table to include pictures in the results set on Google Maps.
The ATS iFindWealth system consists of two products that can be installed individually. These products allow members to find and qualify donors in their database based on demographics about the individuals. This product allows associations to better segment their database and target their marketing and fundraising efforts based on information collected by the organization, and more importantly, outside sources.
The ATS Media Management Module allows associations with media outlets to manage all of the related information for these outlets within iMIS. The Module effectively eliminates the need for expensive third party applications that manage this data outside of and disconnected from the iMIS environment.
Many organizations lack the internal capabilities to import meeting data into their CRM solutions. The Meeting Importer Module is a powerful conversion tool that imports your meeting data into your iMIS database quickly and seamlessly. ATS developed the Meeting Importer Module to eliminate the complexity of data transfer, making it easier on our customers.
The ATS National Change of Address (NCOA) Module is a stand-alone .NET application which allows for seamless integration with the U.S. Postal Service's NCOA® database. The application uses the latest iMIS Business Objects to export and import address changes and updates. In addition, address corrections are automatically updated in iMIS, and if Change Logging is enabled for the appropriate fields, all changes will be logged.
The ATS Rolodex System is a Web-based application that can provide read-only access to your iMIS database through an Intranet or an Extranet. Staff can search for contacts in your database, then drill down to the detail level and see all contact information, including addresses, activities and even a member photo (if applicable). The Online Rolodex can also limit the information presented to certain staff.
The ATS Point of Sale System was developed to allow a novice technology user the ability to execute a transaction of selling a product, collecting the money, producing a receipt, and then easily incorporate all of this order data into iMIS. The ATS Point of Sale System was built to be able to be used with or without a live connection to iMIS, thus allowing it to be used as a stand-alone system at remote conferences.
The Quality Control Module, designed by Association Technology Solutions, identifies data quality issues and inconsistencies in your iMIS database. The module offers user a flexible environment to establish audit rules that reflect your organization's unique business processes. Audits enable organizations to respond proactively, preserving a higher level of data integrity and protecting their most important strategic asset — their data.
iMIS customers who have a legitimate need to maintain social security numbers have a responsibility to make sure that access to that data is only available on a need-to-know basis. In addition, the underlying data in your database must be encrypted. The Social Security Encryption Module helps associations set up their database to encrypt SSN data, and ensure that only those people authorized will have access to the unencrypted data.
With ATS Web Services you can integrate iMIS with any .NET, ASP, ColdFusion, or PHP website. Using the ATS Web Services allows you to use the iMIS Business Objects to read and write information to your iMIS database while leveraging all of the functionality and design benefits of Microsoft® .NET programming language or any other applications that can call a Web Service.
